The server data of the Contest Sponsor will be the sole determinant of time for the purposes of this Contest. All information requested by or provided to the Contest Sponsor in connection with the Contest must be truthful, complete, and accurate, and must not be misleading in any way. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any participant if it believes that they have provided false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information at any time. PRIZE AWARDING:

The Prize will be drawn at random on August 2, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. on the Contest Website and will be awarded once the Contest Sponsor has confirmed that the potential winner complies with these Rules. The participant must complete the Contest entry form in its entirety, including confirming that they are 21 years of age or older, reside in Quebec, and have correctly answered the timed regulatory arithmetic question. All required steps must be completed before the Prize is awarded.

Before a Prize is awarded, the winner may be required to sign a declaration of compliance with the official Rules and a liability release form releasing the Contest Sponsor, the Ryder Cup Entities and their affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, professional advisors, provincial alcohol authorities and respective advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability arising out of, under or as a result of the execution of the Contest, including, but not limited to, liability arising from the acceptance and use of the Prize as awarded, the administration of the Contest and the selection of a potential winner.

If a potential Prize winner is deemed ineligible for any reason, refuses to accept a Prize, answers the mandatory regulatory arithmetic question incorrectly, or runs out of time to correctly answer the mandatory regulatory arithmetic question, they will be disqualified and forfeit the Prize. The Contest Sponsor will only contact selected participants. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible if, for any reason, a selected participant does not receive notification or if the Contest Sponsor does not receive a response from a selected participant.

RELEASE: By participating in the Contest and/or accepting a Prize, each participant (i) agrees to be bound by these official Rules and all terms and conditions of participation; (ii) agrees that the Contest Sponsor's decisions are final and binding; (iii) forever releases and discharges the Released Parties from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, claims, liabilities, losses or expenses and any and all rights, accounts, damages, injuries or costs, including, without limitation, any liability for any injury or loss or damage of any kind to the participant or any other person, including personal injury, death or property damage, arising from or in any way related, directly or indirectly, to the Contest, including, without limitation, participation in the Contest, any breach of these official Rules, the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any Contest prize (or any portion thereof), and any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of a Contest prize, or the infringement or violation of any intellectual property right or any right of publicity, personality or privacy, and agrees to fully indemnify the Released Parties from any third-party claims related to the foregoing.

Under no circumstances will the Contest Sponsor be held liable for more Prizes than those indicated in these official Rules (at any level). RIGHT TO TERMINATE, MODIFY OR SUSPEND: The Contest Sponsor may at any time, in its sole discretion and without liability, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, subject only to required legal approvals, if fraud, technical failures, communication errors or other causes beyond the Contest Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, integrity or security of the Contest or if any other factor impairs the conduct of the Contest as set forth in these Rules. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event of early termination of the Contest, notice will be posted to that effect on the Contest Website. Furthermore, in order to determine eligibility to win a Prize in the event of early termination of the Contest, all eligible entries received before the time of early termination will be considered valid and, for the purposes of these official Rules, the Contest Period will be deemed to have ended at the time of early termination. No waiver by the Contest Sponsor of any condition herein shall be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other condition.

DISQUALIFICATIONS: If the Contest Sponsor discovers (with evidence or any information provided to it or obtained through its own means) that a person has attempted to: (i) exceed the limits or restrictions specified in these official Rules; (ii) use multiple names, identities, email addresses, accounts and/or an automated or robotic system, a script, a macro or any other means or program to enter or participate in the Contest or disrupt its operation; (iii) enter the Contest more times than allowed; (iv) submit an entry or enter a code or unique PIN (if any) that has been tampered with, manipulated or altered in any way; (v) disrupt the Contest or participate in it in a fraudulent or deceptive manner (including, but not limited to, canceling, changing or modifying a transaction); or (vi) participate in the Contest in any other disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, unfair, unsportsmanlike or inconsistent manner with these official Rules (as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); they may be disqualified from the Contest, in the Contest Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. If a person is disqualified, they forfeit all rights to a Prize.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY MODIFY OR DAMAGE ANY ENTRY OR TO COMPROMISE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST CONSTITUTES A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS; SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT OCCUR, THE CONTEST SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY SUCH PARTICIPANT OR INDIVIDUAL AND TO SEEK DAMAGES OR TAKE ANY OTHER REMEDY AGAINST SUCH PARTICIPANT OR INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
