Grand Prize:
There will be one (1) random draw on December 11, 2025 at 12:00 PM, during which the Contest Sponsor or its designated representative will randomly select one (1) entry form from all eligible entries during the Contest Period.
The selected participant will be notified by the Contest Sponsor or its designated representative by email or phone (according to the information provided in the web entry form at the time of entry) within three (3) days following the draw ("Notice"). If the participant has not responded to the Notice within three (3) business days of receiving such Notice, another participant may, at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor, be selected by random draw, in which case that person will become the selected participant and the previously selected participant will then be disqualified and will not be entitled to any prize.
Before being declared a prize winner, the selected participant will be required to correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Contest Sponsor. Before a prize is awarded, the potential winner (and their guest) will be required to sign a standard declaration of compliance with the Official Rules and release and indemnity forms releasing the Contest Sponsor, the Contest Administrator, the NFL Entities and each of their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, professional advisors, Provincial Liquor Authorities and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the Contest Sponsor), directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability arising from the conduct of the Contest, including, without limitation, liability arising from the acceptance and use of a Prize as awarded, the administration of the Contest and the selection of the potential winner.
If a potential prize winner fails to respond to the Notification within the specified time, is found to be ineligible for any reason, declines to accept a prize, incorrectly answers the required mathematical skill-testing question, or runs out of time to correctly answer the required mathematical skill-testing question, he/she will be disqualified and will forfeit any prize won. The Contest Sponsor may then, at its sole and absolute discretion, select another eligible entrant who will be subject to the same disqualification procedure. The Contest Sponsor will not be responsible for unsuccessful attempts to notify a potential winner.
The Contest Sponsor will not contact entrants, except those selected. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any reason whatsoever that a selected entrant does not receive the Notification or that the Contest Sponsor does not receive a selected entrant’s response.
EACH SELECTED ENTRANT IS CONSIDERED A POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER PENDING VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY, PROVISION OF A CORRECT ANSWER TO A REGULATORY QUESTION, AND A SIGNED RELEASE AND INDEMNITY FORM (AS APPLICABLE). ALL POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE CONTEST SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE CONTEST. PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED UNTIL THE ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED. THE CONTEST SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER PROOF OF WINNING IN PLACE OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties shall not be liable for any damages caused or alleged to be caused by or resulting from: (i) any daily entry, prize, or other correspondence or data that is lost, stolen, late, garbled, distorted, delayed, damaged, or misdirected for any reason; (ii) any outage, interruption, technical malfunction, or delay; (iii) any email, personal message, text, text message, or other communication sent or received by the Contest Sponsor or any of its agents or representatives, for any reason; (iv) any incorrect, untimely, or inaccurate information, whether caused by the Contest website, users, or by equipment or programming errors associated with or used in the Contest; (v) any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of one or more daily Contest entries; (vi) problems with the operation of the Contest website or any feature thereof, regardless of the cause; (vii) malfunction or damage to any telephone network, computer equipment, data, software, online systems, servers, or access providers; (viii) any loss of functionality due to cookies not being enabled; (ix) Internet congestion; (x) the security or confidentiality of information transmitted via computer networks; (xi) privacy breaches due to third-party interference or any damage caused or suffered by an entrant or any other person due to such event or occurrence; (xii) technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, including lost, misdirected, or corrupted entries, viruses, worms, or Trojan horses, or any other damage that may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the Contest.

Under no circumstances will the Contest Sponsor be responsible for a number of Prizes greater than that indicated in these rules (at any level). If, due to a printing, production, online, Internet, computer, or other error of any kind, a Prize notification erroneously indicates the applicable Prize an entrant is able to win, or erroneously states that a person is a potential Prize winner, the entrant may only receive the applicable Prize they are able to win based on the Contest Sponsor's official records and data (as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion).
RIGHT TO TERMINATE, AMEND, OR SUSPEND: The Contest Sponsor may at any time, in its sole discretion and without liability, terminate, amend, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, subject only to any approvals required by law, in the event of fraud, technical failures, communication or other errors, or other causes beyond the Contest Sponsor's control that corrupt the administration, integrity, or security of the Contest, or if any other factor interferes with the conduct of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event of an early termination of the Contest, notice will be posted on the Contest website to that effect. In addition, in order to determine eligibility for winning a Prize in the event of an early termination of the Contest, all eligible entries received prior to the time of early termination will be considered valid and, for the purposes of these Official Rules, the Contest Period will be deemed to have ended at the time of early termination. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to correct any errors, including, but not limited to, any typographical, printing, computer programming, or sponsorship errors. No waiver by the Contest Sponsor of any term herein shall be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other term.
DISQUALIFICATIONS: If the Contest Sponsor discovers (using any evidence or other information made available to it or discovered by it) that a person has attempted the following: (i) exceeding the limits or restrictions set forth in these Official Rules; (ii) using multiple names, identities, email addresses, accounts, or any automated, macro, script, robotic, or other system or program to register or participate in or disrupt the Contest; (iii) participating in the Contest more than once as permitted; (iv) submitting an entry or entering a code or PIN (if applicable) that has been forged, manipulated, or altered in any way; (v) disrupting or participating in the Contest in a fraudulent or deceptive manner (including, without limitation, canceling, changing, or otherwise modifying a transaction); (vi) participating in the Contest in any other way that disrupts the Contest; (vii) disrupting or participating in the Contest in a fraudulent or deceptive manner (including, without limitation, canceling, changing, or modifying a transaction) or (viii) participating in the Contest in any other disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, unfair, unsportsmanlike, or inconsistent manner with these Official Rules (as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); they may then be disqualified from the Contest at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor. If an entrant is disqualified, they forfeit all rights to a Prize.
WARNING: ANY DELIBERATE ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR ALTER AN ENTRY OR TO COMPROMISE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST CONSTITUTES A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW.
