The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, or incompatible entries, prize notification messages, or any other Contest-related information (collectively, the “Contest Information”), nor for Contest Information that has been sent in error or that has been produced or distributed in a manner inconsistent with these Rules, all of which are void.

PARTICIPANT IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION: The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of compliance with these official Rules (including, but not limited to, proof of identity or eligibility) in a form acceptable to the Contest Sponsor (including, but not limited to, government-issued photo identification): (i) to verify a person's eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) to verify the eligibility or legitimacy of any Contest Information (as defined below) submitted or received (or allegedly submitted or received) in connection with this Contest; or (iii) for any other reason deemed necessary by the Contest Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, in connection with the administration of this Contest. All information requested by or provided to the Contest Sponsor in connection with the Contest must be truthful, complete, and accurate, and must not in any way be misleading. Contest winners are responsible for all expenses and costs not mentioned as part of the Prize. Once the winner is confirmed, they may pick up the Prize at the establishment where they received their entry coupon.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, and cannot be resold. The winner and their guest may need to access tickets via mobile entry only (paperless) based on the rules of the selected venue.   The Contest Sponsor is not responsible if a Prize-related event is cancelled for any reason whatsoever. Additional conditions apply and are listed on the ticket(s) once awarded.

ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE AWARDING: The Contest will include one (1) random draw during which the Contest Sponsor or its designated representative will randomly select one (1) entry from all eligible entries received in each of the participating establishments during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on October 1, 2025 at 12:00 PM (the “Draw Date”). The selected participant will be notified by the Contest Sponsor or its representative by email or phone (using the contact information provided on the entry form) within three (3) business days of the draw (the “Notification”). If the participant has not responded to the Notification within three (3) business days of receiving such Notification, another participant may, at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor, be selected by random draw, in which case that person will become the selected participant and the previously selected participant will then be disqualified and will not be entitled to any Prize.

The Prize will be awarded once the Contest Sponsor has confirmed that the potential winner complies with these Rules. The participant must complete the Contest entry form in its entirety, including confirming that they are of legal drinking age, reside in Quebec, and have correctly answered a timed regulatory arithmetic question. All required steps must be completed before a Prize is awarded.

Before a Prize is awarded, the winner may be required to sign a declaration of compliance with the Official Rules and a liability release form releasing the Prize provider, the Contest Sponsor and the Contest Organizer, as well as their affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, professional advisors, provincial alcohol authorities and respective advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability arising out of, under or as a result of the conduct of the Contest, including, but not limited to, liability arising from the acceptance and use of the Prize as awarded, the administration of the Contest and the selection of a potential winner.

If a potential Prize winner is found to be ineligible for any reason, declines to accept a Prize, fails to correctly answer the mandatory skill-testing question, or fails to respond to the mandatory skill-testing question within the time allotted, they will be disqualified and forfeit the Prize. The Contest Sponsor will not contact entrants except those selected. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for the failure, for any reason whatsoever, of a selected entrant to receive notification or for the Contest Sponsor not to receive a selected entrant’s response.

Furthermore, in order to determine eligibility to win a Prize in the event of an early termination of the Contest, all eligible entries received prior to the time of early termination will be considered valid, and for the purposes of these Official Rules, the Contest Period will be deemed to have ended at the time of early termination. No waiver by the Contest Sponsor of any condition herein shall be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other condition.
