An entrant may be required to provide the Contest Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on or about June 1, 2026, at 8:01 a.m. EST and ends at 11:59 p.m. on July 19, 2026 (the "Contest Closing Date"), after which no further entries will be accepted (the "Contest Period"). The Contest takes place in 7 participating Blaxton establishments.
HOW TO ENTER AND HAVE A CHANCE TO WIN: To enter the Contest, entrants must have Internet access and a valid e-mail address. During the Contest Period, there are only two (2) ways to enter:
1. Entrants can scan a QR code on the Contest Sponsor's promotional materials at participating establishments, complete the Contest entry form in its entirety, and then click the "Submit" button; or
2. Entrants can go to http://www.shopbeergear.ca/BlaxtonCanadaSoccerJerseyMichelobUltra and complete the Contest entry form in its entirety, and then click the "Submit" button.
Limit of one (1) entry per person, per day, during the Contest Period, regardless of entry method. Entries must be received by the Contest Closing Date. Entries received after the Contest Closing Date will be null and void. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entry for any reason, at its sole discretion. All decisions of the Contest Sponsor are final and binding. There are no other means of entry than those mentioned above. Multiple entrants cannot share the same e-mail address. Entrants cannot enter using multiple e-mail addresses or by using another device to enter under multiple identities. Any entrant attempting to enter using multiple e-mail addresses or accounts under multiple identities will be disqualified and forfeit any prize won, at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor.
The Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for a potential entrant's inability to successfully enter a draw for any reason, or for unclaimed or unawarded prizes. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, altered, corrupted, illegible or incomplete entries. Proof of transmission (e.g., a screenshot) does not constitute proof of receipt.
PRIZE: There is one (1) prize to be won at each participating establishment, consisting of one (1) official Canada Soccer jersey (the "Prize"). The approximate retail value of the Prize is $150 CAD. Alcohol is not part of the Prize. Winners are responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly included in the Prize. Once confirmed as a winner, the winner must pick up the Prize at the establishment where their entry was selected.
The Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize cannot be resold, transferred or exchanged for cash. No prize substitution, except by the Contest Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any part thereof with a prize of equal or greater value. All decisions of the Contest Sponsor regarding the Contest are final and without appeal. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for the Prize once it has been received.
ODDS: The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received at each participating establishment during the Contest Period.
PRIZE AWARDING: The Contest will feature one (1) random draw in which the Contest Sponsor will randomly select one (1) entry from all eligible entries received at each of the seven (7) participating Blaxton establishments during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on July 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) ("Draw Date").
The selected entrant will be notified by the Contest Sponsor by email (using the contact information provided on the Entry Form at the time of entry) within three (3) business days of the Draw Date (the "Notification"). If the entrant has not responded to the Notification within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving it, another entrant may, at the Contest Sponsor's sole discretion, be selected by random draw, in which case that individual will become the selected entrant and the previously selected individual will then be disqualified and will have no right to a Prize.
Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question, within a limited time, administered by the Contest Sponsor. Before a Prize is awarded, the selected entrant may be required to sign a standard declaration of compliance with these Official Rules and a release and indemnity form releasing the Prize provider, the Contest Sponsor, the Contest Administrator, and each of their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, professional advisors, provincial alcohol authorities, and their advertising and promotional agencies, as well as each of their directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any liability arising out of or related to the Contest, including, without limitation, any liability arising from the acceptance and use of a Prize as awarded, the administration of the Contest, and the selection of a potential winner.
If a potential Prize winner does not respond to the Notification within the specified time, is deemed ineligible for any reason, declines to accept a Prize, fails to sign the release and indemnity form, or incorrectly answers the mathematical skill-testing question, they will be disqualified and forfeit the Prize. The Contest Sponsor or Contest Administrator may then, at its sole and absolute discretion, select another eligible entrant, who will be subject to the same disqualification procedure. The Contest Sponsor will not be responsible for unsuccessful attempts to contact a potential winner.
The Contest Sponsor will not contact entrants, except those selected. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible if, for any reason, a selected entrant does not receive the Notification or if the Contest Sponsor does not receive the selected entrant's response.

In addition, to determine eligibility to win a Prize in the event of early termination of the Contest, all eligible entries received before the time of early termination will be considered valid, and for the purposes of these Official Rules, the Contest Period will be deemed to have ended at the time of early termination.
