Selected participants will be notified by the Contest Sponsor via email or phone (using the contact information provided on the registration form at the time of registration) within three (3) business days following the Draw Date (the “Notification”). If the selected entrant has not responded to the Notice within 72 hours of receiving it, another entrant may, at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor, be selected by random draw, in which case that entrant will become the selected entrant and the previously selected one will be disqualified and will not be entitled to a prize.

Before a Prize is awarded, winners must sign a standard declaration of compliance with the Official Rules and a waiver and release form absolving the Prize Supplier, the Contest Sponsor, the Contest Administrator, and each of their affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, professional advisors, provincial liquor authorities, and advertising and promotional agencies, as well as each of their directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability arising out of, under, or in connection with the conduct of the Contest, including, without limitation, liability arising from the acceptance and use of a Prize as awarded, the administration of the Contest, and the selection of a potential winner.

If a potential winner is deemed ineligible for any reason, refuses to accept a Prize, answers the required mathematical skill-testing question incorrectly, or does not have time to answer the required mathematical skill-testing question correctly, that person will be disqualified and will forfeit their Prize. The Contest Sponsor will not contact any participant, except for the selected participant(s). The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for the inability, for any reason whatsoever, of a selected participant to receive a Notice or of the Contest Sponsor to receive a response from a selected participant.

EACH SELECTED PARTICIPANT IS CONSIDERED A POTENTIAL WINNER OF THE PRIZE, SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY, PROVISION OF THE CORRECT ANSWER TO A SKILL-BASED QUESTION, AND SUBMISSION OF A SIGNED WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM (IF APPLICABLE). ALL POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE CONTEST SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE CONTEST. PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED. THE CONTEST SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER PROOF OF WINNING IN PLACE OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.

RELEASE: By participating in the Contest or by accepting a Prize, each entrant (i) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, (ii) agrees that the decisions of the Contest Sponsor are final and binding, (iii) waives, releases, and forever discharges the Released Parties from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, liabilities, assessments, accounts, claims, damages, liabilities, losses, injuries, costs, or expenses, including, but not limited to, any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind suffered by the entrant or others, including personal injury, death, or property damage arising out of or in any way connected with, directly or indirectly, the Contest, including, but not limited to, the participation in the Contest, any violation of these Official Rules, the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any Contest Prize (or any portion thereof), and any travel or activity in connection with the receipt or use of a Contest Prize, or the violation or infringement of any intellectual property rights or any publicity, personality, or privacy rights, and agrees to fully indemnify the Released Parties from any third-party claims relating to the foregoing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Exempt Parties shall not be liable for any damage caused or alleged to have been caused by or resulting from: i) any entry, Prize, or other correspondence or data lost, stolen, late, scrambled, distorted, delayed, damaged, or misdirected for any reason; ii) any failure, interruption, technical malfunction or delay; iii) any email, personal message, text, text message or other communication sent or received by the Contest Sponsor or any of its agents or representatives for any reason whatsoever; iv) for any incorrect, untimely or inaccurate information, whether caused by the Contest website, users or equipment or programming errors associated with or used in connection with the Contest; v) any technical or human error that may occur during the processing of one or more contest entries, or the inability to receive a PIN before the contest deadline; vi) problems related to the functioning of the Contest website or any feature thereof, regardless of the cause; vii) malfunction or damage to any telephone network, computer equipment, data, software, online systems, servers, or access providers; viii) any loss of functionality due to cookies not being enabled; ix) internet congestion; x) the security or confidentiality of information transmitted via computer networks; xi) breaches of privacy due to interference by third parties or any damage caused to or suffered by a participant or any other person as a result of such an event or occurrence; xii) technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, distorted, or delayed computer transmissions, including lost, misdirected, or corrupted entries, viruses, worms, or Trojan horses, or any other damage that may limit a participant's ability to participate in the Contest.

ERRORS: The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the promotion or administration of the Contest, including, but not limited to, errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the Contest Website, the selection and announcement of winners, or in connection with the awarding of a Prize. Under no circumstances will the Contest Sponsor be responsible for awarding more Prizes than are specified in these Official Rules (at any level). If, due to a printing, production, online, Internet, computer, or other error of any kind, a Prize notification incorrectly states the applicable Prize that a entrant is eligible to win, or mistakenly declares a person to be a potential winner of a Prize, the entrant will only be eligible to receive the applicable Prize that they are eligible to win based on the Contest Sponsor's official records and data (as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion).

RIGHT TO TERMINATE, MODIFY OR SUSPEND THE CONTEST: The Contest Sponsor may, at any time, at its sole discretion and without liability, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, subject only to the approvals required by law, in the event of fraud, technical failures, communication errors or other errors, or other causes beyond the control of the Contest Sponsor that affect the administration, integrity, or security of the Contest, or if any other factor interferes with the conduct of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event of a premature termination of the Contest, a notice will be posted on the Contest website to that effect. Furthermore, in order to determine eligibility to win a Prize in the event of a premature termination of the Contest, all eligible entries received prior to the time of premature termination will be considered valid and, for the purposes of these Official Rules, the Contest Period will be deemed to have ended at the time of premature termination. No waiver by the Contest Sponsor of the application of any condition herein shall be deemed a permanent waiver or a waiver of any other term.

DISQUALIFICATIONS: If the Contest Sponsor discovers (through any evidence or other information made available to it or discovered by it) that a person has attempted any of the following: i) exceed the limits or restrictions set forth in these Official Rules; ii) use multiple names, identities, email addresses, accounts, or any automated system or program, macro, script, robot, or other device to register or participate in the Contest or disrupt it; iii) participate in the Contest more than once; iv) submit an entry or enter a code or PIN (if applicable) that has been falsified, manipulated, or altered in any way; v) disrupt or participate in the Contest in a fraudulent or deceptive manner (including, without limitation, canceling, changing, or modifying a transaction in any way); vi) participate in the Contest in any other manner that disrupts the Contest; v) disrupt the Contest or participate in it in a fraudulent or deceptive manner (including, without limitation, canceling, changing, or modifying a transaction in any way); (vi) participate in the Contest in any other manner that is disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, unfair, unsportsmanlike or inconsistent with these Official Rules (all as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); they may then be disqualified from the Contest at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor. If a participant is disqualified, they forfeit all rights to a Prize.

DISCLAIMER: ANY DELIBERATE ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR ALTER AN ENTRY OR TO COMPROMISE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST CONSTITUTES A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
