ODDS: Odds of winning the Price depend on the number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date.

AWARDING OF PRIZES: The Contest will consist of one (1) random draw in which the Contest Sponsor or its designated representative (the “Representative") will randomly select one (1) entry from all participating Québec Broue locations. The draw will be made from among all eligible entries received at each participating establishment during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on September 1, 2024, at noon ET (the “Draw Date"). The selected entrant will be notified by the Contest Sponsor or its Representative by email (using the contact information provided in the web submission form at the time of entry) within three (3) days of the Draw (the “Notification"). If the entrant has not responded to the Notice within three (3) days of receipt of such Notice, another entrant may, at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor, be selected by random draw, in which case that entrant will become the selected entrant and the previously selected entrant will be disqualified and will not be entitled to any Prize.

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a timed mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Contest Sponsor. Before the Prize is awarded, the winner and his/her guest will be required to sign and return to the Contest Sponsor or its Representative a Declaration of Compliance with the Official Rules and a Release Form no later than 72 hours after receipt (hereinafter the "Release Form") releasing the Prize supplier, the Contest Sponsor, their affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, professional advisors, provincial liquor authorities and advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability arising out of, under or as a result of the operation of the Contest, including, without limitation, liability arising from the acceptance and use of the Prize as awarded, the administration of the Contest and the selection of a potential winner.

The Prize will only be awarded to the confirmed winner. If a potential winner (a) fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, (b) fails to properly complete and return the Release Form within the time period specified, (c) does not comply with these Contest Rules (as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole discretion), d) cannot be contacted in accordance with these Contest Rules for any reason and/or e) cannot accept the Prize for any reason, then the Contest Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, select another eligible entrant who may be disqualified in the same manner. The Contest Sponsor will not be held responsible for unsuccessful attempts to notify any potential winner.

Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other cards, as required by law. No substitutions except by Contest Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize or any portion of a Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. All decisions of the Contest Sponsor are final and not subject to appeal. If delivery cannot be made following reasonable efforts on the part of the Contest Sponsor, the Prize may be cancelled.

The Contest Sponsor will not contact the participants, with the exception of selected participants. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible if, for any reason, a selected entrant does not receive notification or if the Contest Sponsor does not receive a selected entrant's response.
