The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to modify and/or substitute the Prize with a similar experience of equal or greater value, depending on the travel season. The winner and his/her guest are responsible for all additional expenses, including, but not limited to, necessary travel documents, additional transportation, food and beverages, communications, travel and medical insurance, baggage fees and all personal expenses. Please consult the complete rules for full details of the Prize.
Odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period at the participating location. Prize must be accepted as awarded. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions will be allowed, except by Contest Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize or any portion of a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. All decisions of the Contest Sponsor are final and not subject to appeal. The Contest Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the appearance, safety or performance of any Prize.
AWARDING OF PRIZES: The Contest will consist of one (1) random draw in which the Contest Sponsor will randomly select one (1) entry from all eligible entries received at all participating locations during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on October 15, 2024, at 12:00 (Eastern Time) (ET) (the “Draw Date"). The selected entrant will be notified by the Contest Sponsor by email (using the contact information provided in the web submission form at the time of entry) within three (3) days of the Draw (the “Notification"). If the entrant has not responded to the Notice within three (3) days of receipt of such Notice, another entrant may, at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor, be selected by random draw, in which case that entrant will become the selected entrant and the previously selected entrant will be disqualified and will not be entitled to any Prize.
Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a timed mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Contest Sponsor. Before the Prize is awarded, the winner will be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance with the Official Rules and release forms releasing the Prize Provider and the Contest Sponsor, all their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assignees and their affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, professional advisors, provincial liquor authorities and advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties") from any and all liability arising out of, under or in connection with the operation of the Contest, including but not limited to liability arising from the acceptance and use of the prizes as awarded, the administration of the Contest and the selection of a potential winner.
If a potential prize winner does not respond to the Notification within the time period specified herein, is found to be ineligible for any reason, refuses to accept the Prize, incorrectly answers the mathematical skill-testing question or does not have sufficient time to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, he/she will be disqualified and will forfeit the Prize. The Contest Sponsor may then, in its sole and absolute discretion, select another eligible participant who may be disqualified in the same manner. The Contest Sponsor will not be held responsible for unsuccessful attempts to notify any potential winner.
The Contest Sponsor will not contact the participants, with the exception of the selected participant. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible if, for any reason, a selected entrant does not receive notification or if the Contest Sponsor does not receive the selected entrant's response.
