Official Bud Light ETW NFL Mini-Fridge Contest Rules

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS (“OFFICIAL RULES”) BEFORE ENTERING THE OFFICIAL “BUD LIGHT ETW NFL MINI-FRIDGE” (THE "CONTEST"). BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, AN ENTRANT REPRESENTS THAT THEY SATISFY ALL OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BELOW AND AGREE TO BE BOUND UNCONDITIONALLY BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND ALL DECISIONS OF LABATT BREWING COMPANY LIMITED (THE “CONTEST SPONSOR”).
ELIGIBILITY. The contest is open to any resident of Newfoundland, of legal drinking age, who is not an employee, contractor, agent or representative of the prize supplier, Labatt Brewing Company Limited (the “Contest Sponsor”) or its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, distribution companies, the applicable provincial liquor authorities, participating liquor licensees, prize suppliers, the contest judge or any person who is an immediate family member (parent, spouse, sibling, child) or is domiciled with any of the foregoing persons. The provincial liquor authorities are not connected with this contest in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way whatsoever in regard to any matter, which relates to this contest.
CONTEST PERIOD. Unless otherwise posted and/or announced, the contest begins on January 1st, 2024 and ends on March 1st, 2024 (the “Contest Close Date”).
HOW TO PLAY. To participate, obtain a contest ballot from an authorized agent at a participating location, legibly complete the ballot in full, and submit it to a ballot box prior to the Contest Close Date. Maximum one (1) ballot per person, per day. All ballots, once submitted, become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned. Attempts to enter the Contest under multiple identities will be considered void and not eligible to be drawn for the Prize. A random draw will take place at the participating location at approximately 12:00 p.m. on March 2nd, 2024 from among all eligible ballot entries received prior to the Contest Close Date. The selected entrants will be contacted by phone and/or email within three (3) days of the draw. If a selected entrant is unable to be contacted after three (3) attempts, he or she forfeits the prize and another entrant may, at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor (as defined below), be selected.
PRIZES. There is one (1) prize available to be won at each participating location (thirty-six (36) prizes total, across all participating locations). Each prize consists of one (1) NFL themed Mini Refrigerator (a “Prize”). The total approximate retail value of each Prize is $120 CAD.
AWARDING OF PRIZES. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitutions, except by the Contest Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The awarding of a prize may be conditional upon the winner signing a declaration, publicity consent, waiver and release. By participating in this contest, all participants declare that they have read, understood and complied with the contest rules, consent to the use of their name, biographical information and/or likeness for the purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, agree to abide by all decisions by the Contest Sponsor (which are final), and agree to release and hold harmless the prize supplier, Contest Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies from any liability in connection with participating in this contest and/or any prize awarded (the “Released Parties”).
ODDS. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period at each participating location.
COMPLETION OF PRIZE CLAIM. All contestants must have legibly completed the contest ballot, including correctly answering the skill-testing question without assistance and otherwise be in compliance with these rules to be declared a winner.
ERRORS. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to, errors in the advertising, the contest rules, the selection and announcement of the winners or the distribution of any prize.
VOID IF ALTERED. Contest cards are void if illegible, altered or mutilated. All contest cards become the property of the Contest Sponsor and none shall be returned. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for lost or late contest cards or those that have been tampered with or are ineligible. All decisions of the Contest Sponsor shall be final.
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, municipal and local laws. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate this contest at any time without notice to participants.
